Faye Rosen-Bazilian, Founding Partner
One of the four founding partners of the CitiStaffing team, Faye is a dynamic force in the field of human resources. For the past 30 years, she has been providing clients with temporary and permanent staffing solutions in all industries. Faye partners with select private equity funds, hedge funds, investment banks, fund of funds, consulting firms, media & entertainment and other industry clients to fulfill their needs. Her experience, professionalism and dedication in the recruiting world is a reflection of the CitiStaffing ethos. A former teacher, Faye enjoys providing job seekers with generous and nurturing guidance so that they can achieve a flourishing career.
Pam Brocious, Founding Partner
With over 30 years of experience placing candidates in creative, fashion and financial arenas, Pam understands the needs of clients looking for stellar candidates. Her ability to discern the best fit for a company has been an ongoing strength for her client base. She places candidates in varied roles from administrative assistants, to planning and marketing, with incredible results. Her background in the fashion world gives her a greater understanding of working in other demanding sectors, like finance, that expect a strong attention to detail. Pam brings a warmth and energy to ensuring that both candidates and clients alike benefit from her wealth of professional expertise.
Lauren Sacks, Founding Partner
Lauren is a dynamic recruitment consultant that gives personal attention to all of her candidates and clients. Her expertise is in the development and placement of executive-level support staff in all industries, most notably, finance, fashion and media. She has developed a very loyal following of prestigious clients and highly skilled candidates because of the professional high standards she sets for herself. Before CitiStaffing, Lauren was a Senior Manager and top producer at Impact Recruiting for 15 years along with Faye, Pam and Margie. Lauren’s ability to marry the right candidates with top clients is an ongoing asset to the CitiStaffing team.
Margie Strauss, Founding Partner
Margie is a recognized industry expert in the fields of advertising, branding, public relations and media. Her passion for staffing, built on her 25 years of experience, makes her an integral part of the founding partnership of CitiStaffing. Prior to her career in staffing, Margie worked in the global public relations firm, Burson Marsteller, in the areas of consumer PR, crisis management and new business development. Margie’s real passion is working closely with candidates to assist them in developing their career path. Along with Julie Greeley, she places candidates ranging from recent graduates to senior level professionals with stellar results. Margie shares her extensive knowledge and insider tips to make the job search run smoothly and end successfully.
Howie West, Senior Recruiter
Howie West is the newest member of our CitiStaffing team and joins us with over 30 years’ of staffing experience specializing in high volume resume sourcing with an expertise in career guidance and coaching. Howie began his career at the global ad agency, Bozell & Jacobs as an HR Coordinator and after two years there, he quickly adapted to the corporate staffing side of human resources. His true expertise is working closely with fast growing businesses with ever-changing needs while collaborating with candidates to help them find the right opportunities. Howie specializes in the placement of both permanent and temporary candidates in a variety of industries including, but not limited to Advertising, Investment Banking, Financial Boutiques, Legal and Compliance and Management Consulting.
Jane Epstein, Director
As a previous business owner, Jane understands the needs of clients who work with the CitiStaffing group. Jane brings her skills in the creative industries, along with her dedicated business acumen, to find the best candidate possible for the client at hand. Her original and inquisitive career path of having originally been an archaeologist enhances her research skills in the business world. With her direct hiring experience as a business owner in the garment industry, as well as her multi location coffee bar business, she knows the importance of a personalized search to find the ideal candidate for your company.
Julie Greeley, Director
Julie is a Director at CitiStaffing with over 13 years of recruiting experience in various industries. Prior to joining CitiStaffing, Julie worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney’s Office. Julie then became a Founding Partner of Counsel By Request, a staffing agency specializing in attorney placements. After working strictly with legal clientele, Julie decided to broaden her client base when she joined CitiStaffing. Julie partners with Margie Strauss handling both temporary and permanent placements in a variety of industries, marrying creative, corporate and financial entities. Julie has always worked as an advocate for others, and she continues to provide a level of personal commitment that goes beyond what is found at other firms.
Lindsey Heacock, Manager, Temporary Staffing
Lindsey graduated from SUNY Oswego with a major in Public Relations in May 2007. A naturally outgoing person, with enthusiasm to spare, Lindsey found her professional home when she was offered a position as the reception/office assistant at CitiStaffing. She quickly took on many responsibilities dealing with various clients and candidate recruitment needs. She gravitated toward the temporary division and became the coordinator supporting that department. Within a year, Lindsey helped to successfully double the business in the division.
Alyssa Portee, Recruiter, Temporary Staffing
Alyssa graduated from Hampton University with a major in Economics in May 2010. Alyssa’s career began at TD Bank, working in their US corporate headquarters, as a Coordinator within the Community Relations team. She landed her first job in NYC, through CitiStaffing, as a Researcher/Recruiter at Leathwaite, a global executive search firm. At Leathwaite, Alyssa supported all aspects of the executive search process for the US Technology practice. Alyssa’s main focus areas included CIOs, CISOs and CTOs across capital markets, trading, investment, and retail banking. Alyssa is the newest member of the Temporary Staffing team, placing all temporary and temporary to hire placements. Alyssa is originally from Los Angeles, CA and now resides in Brooklyn, NY. She loves to brunch, play tennis and travel.
Bailey Frady, Recruiting Coordinator, Temporary Staffing
Bailey is a May 2015 Ole Miss graduate with a business degree in Human Resource Management. Bailey worked as a Consultant for Tri Delta traveling full time working with college women at different colleges and universities across the country. She relocated to NYC in the summer of 2016 and began working at CitiStaffing soon thereafter. Bailey started at CitiStaffing working on permanent hires and supporting the Managing Partners as a Recruiting Assistant. She has since joined the Temporary staffing division working on all temporary and temporary to hire placements. Bailey is originally from Atlanta, GA and the resident event planner of the office. She loves traveling, her church and being a tourist in her own city.
Barbara Safer, Recruiting Coordinator
Barbara Safer is a native New Yorker who joined CitiStaffing in 2008, after working as an HR Professional for various cable television networks such as Home Box Office, USA Networks, Turner Broadcasting and Discovery Communications. She is the ultimate multi-tasker; she posts our latest jobs, contacts candidates, reviews resumes and sets-up appointments. Her contribution is an invaluable part of the CitiStaffing team. When not working at CitiStaffing, Barbara can be found touring the country with her teenage daughter who has done various Broadway National Tours, Off-Broadway and regional productions. Barbara is a graduate of New York University.
Brian Horn, Director of Client Relations
Brian brings 25 years of extensive industry experience focusing on Business Development and Sales while marketing our services across many industries. His vast expertise with client engagement and retention while continuing to cultivate prospective clients, makes him an integral part of the CitiStaffing team. Outside of the office, Brian is an avid athlete and fan as well as the father of two daughters and we feel honored and lucky to have him as the newest member of our team.
Jennifer Kern, Associate Recruiter
Jennifer Kern joins CitiStaffing as an Associate Recruiter bringing with her a strong understanding of intricate business practices within the fast-paced industry of Human Resources and Recruiting. Prior to joining our team, Jennifer spent 15 years within the field of financial services. In her most recent post at ABN Amro she served as Director of International Sales & Trading where she specialized in Emerging Markets and European Equities, servicing major Institutional Money Managers. Her knowledge of how to partner with her clients within a face-paced, ever changing industry gives her a strong foundation for her work at here at CitiStaffing. A collaborator and proactive multi-tasker, Jennifer takes pride in helping her candidates be successful in finding the best opportunity for their backgrounds. In her private time, Jennifer is an avid yogi and mother of four children and three cats.
